We had an idea... What if we built a traditional Texas dance hall and gave it a modern twist? What if we found a dilapidated, historically significant building and saved it form demolition? What if that building was downtown in a small northeast Texas town? What if we brewed our own craft beers? And what if we served great food at affordable prices?
